CASA Welcomes New Members to the Board of Directors

CASA of the Eastern Panhandle is thrilled to introduce four new members to our Board of Directors.  Elise Baach, Alison Cox, Tracy Kable, and Mike Saeger bring decades of experience and dedication to our organization.  Read more about our new Board Members below!

Elise Baach – Owner, Evolve Shepherdstown

Elise Baach is a former attorney with extensive experience advocating for young people with special needs, including her own son. As a Special Master in federal court, she spent 15 years ensuring access to special education services for students in Washington, D.C. A Shepherdstown resident since 2019, Elise co-founded Evolve Shepherdstown, a community-focused pop-up shop supporting local artists.

Elise is passionate about CASA’s mission to protect children from abuse and neglect and is committed to making a lasting impact through her service on the board.

Alison Cox – Special Counsel, Bowles Rice

Alison A. Cox is a dedicated attorney in the Martinsburg office of Bowles Rice, where she specializes in estate planning, wills, trusts, elder law, and related tax matters. As a key member of the firm’s Tax Team, Alison helps individuals and business owners navigate complex legal and financial decisions with care and expertise.

Before joining Bowles Rice, Alison served as staff attorney for West Virginia Senior Legal Aid, Inc., where she championed the rights of seniors across the state. In addition to advising on issues like Medicaid, estate planning, property rights, and guardianship, she conducted seminars statewide to educate seniors on critical legal matters.

Alison holds a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and a bachelor of fine arts from Radford University. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her work and a passion for empowering individuals through sound legal guidance.

Tracy Kable – The Kable Team, Real Broker

Tracy Kable is the founder and leader of Kable Team Realty, a trusted name in Eastern Panhandle real estate. Known for her strong negotiation skills, ethical approach, and personal touch, Tracy has built a reputation for helping clients achieve their goals—whether buying their first home, relocating, or finding the perfect place to retire.

A lifelong resident of Charles Town, Tracy has been committed to her community from an early age. Beyond real estate, she and her team actively support local schools, the Boys & Girls Club, Rotary events, and various charitable initiatives.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys gourmet cooking, traveling to the Caribbean, visiting wineries, and spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Grayson, who calls her “Lollie.”

Mike Saeger – Cement Plant Manager, Argos

Mike Saeger, a chemical engineer, is the cement plant manager at Argos in Martinsburg, WV. With a deep commitment to community service, Mike has led and supported numerous charitable initiatives, including clean water projects in Honduras, disaster relief efforts in South Carolina, and youth outreach programs through his church.

Since moving to Martinsburg, Mike has worked to support vulnerable populations by partnering with organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, CASA, and WVU Hospitals East Foundation to fund programs benefiting children and families.
